BAA 0 vs. Dandy Town
Hornets 1: In the Under 15 BFA Knock Out Final, Dandy Town
had the strong wind at their back, they had created several chances but
could not find a way pass the BAA goalkeeper. The first half ended 0
– 0. In the second half, Dandy Town Hornets took the lead in 61st
minute through a Denzel Wellman strike, Wellman outpaced the defense
to slip the ball under the advancing goalkeeper. BAA has had several
chances, but each shot has either found the upright, crossbar, a defender,

BAA Christmas Party, December 10/05.
This was an event to remember by all. We had over 120 gifts for players,
members, siblings and coaches. Children and parents enjoyed ceramic
painting, cookie decorating and soccer matches. We had plenty popcorn and
pizza and a jolly old Santa who gave gifts to players from U7 all the way to
U15. It was a fun filled night that capped off with scrimmages between U13
vs. parents (score 2-2) and U15 vs. parents (score 3-2). Special thanks to
the activities committee for organizing the event and to the parents and
players that helped setup and break down the event.

Jamaican Ambassador Football
Club, November 24/05.
They opened the session with brief
descriptions of the referee’s role and the player’s role during a soccer
match. Then emphasizing the importance of the warm-up/warm-down process.
Highlighting proper stretching techniques to prepare different muscles for
use when playing soccer to prevent injury and also mentioning muscle
recovery after work outs, (allowing the muscle time to remove the build up
of lactic acid) which then allows repeated performance without muscle
soreness. The overwhelming positive response from the U9 and U11 children
and the coaches is truly a sign that the experience was an enjoyable one.

allows our boys to gain community service hours for school and at the same
time provide assistance to a worthy cause. The
boys worked VERY hard and even had time to have a “kick” in the parking
lot. Providing assistance on Saturday was: U13: Jesse Marshall, Daniel
Andrade, Dameko Dublin and Tavin Trott. U15: Regino Smith, Brandon Lau, Alton Roberts, Milton Stephens and
